Now, now -- is only fair for the prosecution to taint the jury pool? For instance, do you think it was really necessary to awaken Blago (and I'm not defending him, just asking) with a warrant, parade him before the news cameras and make him post bond? I enjoy a fair fight - and the gov't likes to shoot fish in a barrel.
LOL, Bill, but BLAGO was NOT paraded before the cameras.
In fact, the prosecutor went out of his way to AVOID publicity with the arrest.
As for waking BLAGO up to arrest him -- again ANOTHER instance of the prosecutor going out of his way to grant courtesy to a THUG who did NOT deserve it, though I FULLY understand that the prosecutor wanted an element of surprise to prevent the THUGO BLAGO from destroying evidence against him.
And posting bond?
Heck, he should be lucky he got a LENIENT bond.
Don't forget Bill, I have been BOTH a prosecutor and a defense attorney!
