Feds review Henry "matter", more JEs endorse Fletcher, Liberal blogger sued.

On the Mark is reporting that the Feds have taken an interest into the "matter" of Steve Henry's political fund raising. It seems that Mr. Henry may have accepted corporate campaign contributions, a no-no under FEC rules. This is not the first time the Feds have taken an interest in Steve Henry. A few years back there was the issue over Medicaid billings that was later settled out of court. What this means for Henry's campaign is not certain, though these "troubles" may add to political ammunition for his opponents. On another matter, Gov. Fletcher has garnered 6 more CJE endorsements, this time from the CJEs from McCreary (Blaine Phillips), Adair (Ann Melton), Whitley (Pat White), Pulaski (Barty Bullock), Clay (Carl "Crawdad" Sizemore) and Cumberland (Tim Hicks). Also, the C-J is reporting that Bluegrassreport Blogger, Mark Nicholas, has been sued for defamation for this blog posting. The truth, if that was what was posted, should set Mark free.
