Court orders "Fen-phen" Lawyers to repay clients $42 million with interest.

A special Kentucky Judge, William Wehr, has ruled Wednesday that former Lexington lawyers Shirley Cunningham Jr., William Gallion and Melbourne Mills (all picture from left to right), should repay their fen-phen diet drug clients $42 million, plus 8 percent interest. The Lawyers were previously indicted and still face other criminal charges in federal court.
