The announcement will take place at 215 West Main Street; Old Courthouse/Lexington History Museum, 3rd Floor; Lexington, KY. Former U.S. Rep. Larry Hopkins, a Republican from Lexington, is rumored to be joining Steve Nunn to endorse the Beshear/Mongiardo ticket. This news comes as this poll finds that Fletcher's performance is viewed as poor and his anti-casino ads overwhelmingly rejected.
