New poll shows Beshear leading Fletcher by 17 points, matches SURVEYUSA poll, though Beshear's internal poll shows WIDER lead.

In the for what it's worth category: A new poll in the Governor's race is out and it shows Steve Beshear leading Ernie Fletcher by 17 points. I mention the poll ONLY to show that it nearly mirrors the SURVEYUSA's poll results which has Beshear leading Fletcher by 19 percentage points.

All the polls match Beshear's internal polling which shows a slightly WIDER margin. I will NOT report the results of this poll, out of respect for everyone concerned, but I will wait for the campaign to release the results to the public before commenting on it.

Any comments?

Update:
Here are the poll results for the Lt. Governor candidates, where Dan Mongiardo is favored 53% to Robbie Rudolph's 33%.
