Republican Governor's Association (RGA) runs ad against Beshear, can you say l-a-m-e?

I usually do NOT comment on political ads, but this one is so lame (I feel like the boy in the classroom in the ad putting my head on the table to nod off) I cannot believe someone (or something) ACTUALLY paid to run it!
