The Person for the week is General David Petraeus, whose testimony concerning the "surge" continues to bring smiles to the faces of those who support the Iraq war, and resentment to those who oppose it.

Honorable mention goes to the men of the basketball teams of Kansas Jayhawks and the Memphis Tigers, who gave us a thrilling war of sorts on the court -- one of the BEST NCAA basketball games I've ever watched.
