Naysayers are wrong to quickly write off Jody Richards.

Earlier on this post, I warned that the Richards/Brown ticket is one NOT to be ignored. In that post, I concluded that the ticket could be the one to surprise folks this election year and that the ticket could slip into the Democratic run-off. Now comes today's announcement that a lot of the state delegation from Louisville, Metro council members and recently retired Supreme Court Justice, Martin Johnstone, have endorsed him. Check out the list here and more. These endorsements come on the heels of several endorsements from several Teamsters locals in Louisville and the Jefferson County Teachers' Association. With the Kentucky Right to Life's approval of his campaign, Steve Beshear may have the lead now, Lunsford may have the money, but Jody may be there yet!

I strongly disagree. Jody's campaign has been a disaster from the start. He just did a blatant flip-flip on expanded gaming. Seems to me like the man is desperate and will say or do (or promise) anything for a vote. We will see who's right in a couple weeks!

I AGREE with you about all those things you say, but I still say his campaign MAY still make it.
