Reacting to questions I have been asked, I reveal here NOW that this blog plans to endorse candidates in next month's election. As such, we will NO longer accept or allow blog posts that ask you to vote for a particular candidate or the other.

Having said that let me say this: Any candidate who wants/wishes to supply any material that they wish to have considered BEFORE the blog endorsements are announced, are hereby placed on NOTICE by this post, that they should send such materials to: http://Editor@OsiSpeaks.com or http://Editor@OsiSpeaks.org.

If no additional information is sent to us by a candidate, then we shall be FORCED to use the information available to the public in making our choices.

A couple of good topics for the candidates to keep in mind:

For REAL incumbents -- meaning that you occupy an office for which the voters have voted for you:

What have you done since your election, to improve the office for the benefit of the public; and, why should the voters give you another term (please tell what you plan to do if re-elected, that you have yet to do)?

For opponents:

What will you do to improve the office for the benefit of the public that your opponent has NOT done; and, what do you want the voters to know (about yourself or your opponent) that will convince the voters that they should elect you and NOT re-elect your opponent?
