A VERY long last day tomorrow for Lawmakers. Will they deliver or disappoint?

Tomorrow is the LAST day for the Legislature to put up or shut up, and Tom Loftus of the C-J does another excellent piece highlighting on NOTHING that has been accomplished so far and the MUCH that remains to be done. Can we expect ANYTHING tangible from the Lawmakers or will this be another FAILED session where Lawmakers RUSH to pass BAD bills at the last minute that they are largely CLUELESS of and haven't DEBATED!? !
