California does away with HACKABLE electronic voting, when will Kentucky follow?

California Secretary of State, Debra Bowen, has decertified those HACKABLE electronic voting machines. COURAGEOUS AND WISE act which is designed to safeguard our Republican form of government and to ensure that EVERYONE's VOTE COUNTS!

My question is: When will Kentucky (and other states) follow suit?
