U. S. District Judge: JCPS's revised "race neutral" transfer policy is OK.

The new transfer policy of the Jefferson County Public schools (JCPS), which was drafted to comply with the U. S. Supreme Court's school race case discussed earlier here, has been found by U.S. District Judge John Heyburn to be "entirely consistent with the Supreme Court’s decision."

This is good news for all concerned so that we can FINALLY trudge to the world where race is NEITHER a WEAPON nor a SHIELD used against one another.
