*** Senator Larry Craig "toe taps" out of the Senate, leaving his career in the "toilet". ***

Senator Larry Craig has resigned his Senate office effective September 15th. I will post the video of the announcement later (for now you can watch it by going here). To watch a re-enactment of the events surrounding the "toilet affair", see the video above.

For those who suggest that the outcry over his "toilet" antics was because of the "gay"ness of the affair have it all wrong; though I cannot speak for others, I can speak for myself.

For me, the hypocrisy is beyond belief. Also, trolling public restrooms to seek sex of any kind, or to engage in lewd acts with strangers, is not only fraught with dangers to our nation's public health safety and national security, but the conduct is UNBECOMING of a United States Senator.

Granted, the Senator may or may not, have been able to beat the "rap", but he pleaded guilty to the crime, with the understanding that he is in FACT GUILTY!
