Steve Henry's troubles draw Special Prosecutor -- from Stumbo!
It seems that Steve Henry's political and other troubles has drawn the appointment of a Special Prosecutor in the person of James Crawford, a Commonwealth's Attorney from Carrollton, Kentucky. The appointment of a Special Prosecutor may be appropriate in this case, but considering that AG Greg Stumbo is Steve Henry's primary opponent, should Stumbo NOT have deferred the appointment to the Courts in order to remove EVERY appearance of impropriety?
What say ye?

You are correct; But you have to admit the Courts are not what they should be either.
